How do bookings and waitlists work for reformer pilates?
Each class capacity matches the number of reformers in your room, typically between 6 and 12. In the room builder you lay out the studio and place every reformer, so clients pick their exact machine when they book in the app or on your site.
When a class fills up, clients join the waitlist and you refill spots as they open. You set the cancellation window (for example, up to 12 hours before class) and, on Professional, no-show fees are charged automatically.
Can I sell 4, 8 and 12-class packs, memberships and private sessions?
Yes. You can create 4, 8 and 12-class packs with their own expiry, memberships that bill automatically on a recurring schedule, and separate pricing for private and duo sessions.
Offer different packs for reformer, mat and cadillac. Ollynk deducts a credit at booking and tracks every client's balance and expiry, so there are no spreadsheets to maintain.
Which payment methods can my clients use?
Clients can pay by card through Stripe (3.2% + $3 MXN per transaction), PayPal, Mercado Pago or SPEI bank transfer. Ollynk takes no commission on your sales; you only pay the processor fee of the method you choose.
