What is Ollynk?
Ollynk is an all-in-one management platform for wellness businesses in Latin America: bookings, memberships with automatic billing, point of sale, team payroll, analytics and a WhatsApp AI agent. It operates in Mexico, El Salvador, Colombia, Argentina, Chile and Peru.
What kinds of businesses is Ollynk for?
Fitness studios (yoga, HIIT, pilates, crossfit), beauty salons and spas, space rentals, events and retreats, and on-demand content businesses. Each vertical has its own module.
Which countries does Ollynk operate in?
Mexico, El Salvador, Colombia, Argentina, Chile and Peru, with local payment methods per country.
Which modules does the platform include?
Five: Fitness (group classes), Services (one-on-one appointments), Facilities (space rentals), Events (fixed dates) and On Demand (video and content). Starter includes 1 of your choice, Professional 2, Business 3 and Enterprise all of them.
Do my clients need to download an app?
Not necessarily. Clients can book as a PWA — a home-screen shortcut that works like an app with no download — or through your website.
Can I use my own domain for my website?
Yes. Ollynk hosts your website and you use your own domain — it's not an Ollynk subdomain. Starter includes a basic template; Professional and Business get premium templates.
Pricing & plans
How much does gym or studio software cost?
With Ollynk, from $1,899 MXN per location per month (Starter). Professional is $2,899 and Business is $3,499 MXN per location per month. Enterprise is quoted for chains and franchises.
Is pricing per user or per location?
Per location. Ollynk doesn't charge per user or per transaction volume. A business with 3 locations on Professional pays $2,899 × 3 = $8,697 MXN per month.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes: 15% off every plan with upfront annual billing, and no cancellation penalty.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. You can cancel anytime without penalty.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade anytime and your data and configuration carry over intact.
Payments & billing
How can my clients pay?
Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SPEI, cash and card on file — via Stripe, Mercado Pago and Wompi (Colombia and El Salvador).
What's the fee per transaction?
Payments are processed by Stripe at its standard rate. Ollynk adds no commission on your sales.
Can I bill memberships automatically?
Yes. Memberships renew with an automatic charge to the client's saved card, with retries on failed payments and a credit wallet from the Professional plan.
Does Ollynk issue tax invoices (CFDI)?
No. Ollynk handles billing, reports and operational payroll, but doesn't issue CFDI or do tax accounting. Every report exports to Excel for your accountant.
What is Ollynk's WhatsApp AI Agent?
An AI agent that runs your WhatsApp: it answers questions with your business's information, books and cancels classes within your policies, and sells packages with payment built in. It's $1,980 MXN per month, available from the Business plan.
What does WhatsApp Notifications include?
Booking confirmations, reminders, cancellation and waitlist alerts — all automatic. It's charged per message, available from the Business plan.
How are the WhatsApp add-ons charged?
The WhatsApp AI Agent is a flat $1,980 MXN per month. WhatsApp Notifications is charged per message. Both are available from the Business plan.
Do I use my own WhatsApp number?
Yes. Each business connects its own number: your clients talk to your brand, not to Ollynk.
Migration & support
Can I migrate from Mindbody or another platform?
Yes. The Ollynk team migrates your clients, packages and schedules during onboarding, with 1:1 sessions from the Professional plan and no lock-in contract.
What support does each plan include?
Every plan includes email support. From Professional you get live-agent support and 1:1 onboarding sessions. Enterprise adds a dedicated account manager and a 99.9% SLA.
Does it work for multiple locations or franchises?
Yes. Pricing is per location and all of them are managed from one account. Enterprise adds a master user with global access, multiple brands and split payments for franchises.
Does it integrate Wellhub or TotalPass?
Yes, Wellhub and TotalPass are integrated on every plan.
What is the branded app?
Your own white-label app on the App Store and Google Play, with your name, logo and colors. One-time setup from $15,000 MXN, no monthly fee; available from the Business plan.
