- How much does Ollynk cost?
- From $1,899 MXN per location per month on Starter. Professional is $2,899 and Business is $3,499 MXN per location per month. Enterprise is quoted by number of locations. Annual billing takes 15% off every plan.
- Is pricing per user or per location?
- Per location. Ollynk never charges per user or per transaction volume. A business with 3 locations on Professional pays $2,899 × 3 = $8,697 MXN per month.
- Is there a lock-in contract?
- No. You can cancel anytime without penalty, and upgrade whenever you want — your data and configuration carry over intact.
- What do the WhatsApp add-ons include?
- WhatsApp Notifications is charged per message and covers automatic confirmations, reminders and alerts. WhatsApp AI Agent is $1,980 MXN per month and also answers, books and sells over WhatsApp. Both are available from the Business plan.
- What's the payment processing fee?
- Payments are processed by Stripe at its standard rate. Ollynk charges no commission on your sales.
- Does the client app cost extra?
- No. Your clients access it as a PWA (a home-screen shortcut, no download needed) and through your website, at no extra cost on every plan. If you want your own branded app, it's a one-time setup from $15,000 MXN with no monthly fee, available from Business.
