Frequently asked questions
- How much does gym management software cost?
- Ollynk starts at $1,899 MXN per location per month on Starter. Professional ($2,899) and Business ($3,499) add advanced booking rules, a coach portal and marketing. Annual billing takes 15% off.
- Do my members need to download an app?
- No. Your clients access it as a PWA (a home-screen shortcut, no download needed) and through your website — always under your brand, on every plan.
- Can I migrate from Mindbody or another platform?
- Yes. The Ollynk team helps you move clients, packages and schedules, and your operation keeps running during the switch.
- Does it work for multiple locations?
- Yes. Pricing is per location and you manage all of them from one account. Chains and franchises get the Enterprise plan with a master user and split payments.
